Their family found us on Google, filled out a relinquishment form… and then drove straight to our house with puppies in tow. Fortunately, we had room and were able to say yes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBut we had one important condition: mom and dad had to get fixed with our help. Happily, the family agreed. ❤️\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt Mission Bay Puppy Rescue, our goal is not only to help puppies find loving homes, but also to help prevent unwanted litters from happening in the first place. Mom and dad are loved family dogs who simply were never spayed or neutered, and this sweet litter was the result. We are grateful their owners cared enough to ask for help and to take the next responsible step for their dogs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMom and dad both appear to be Terrier mixes and are staying with their family, while their puppies begin the search for forever homes of their own.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe puppies were born April 1, 2026 and are now 8 weeks old and ready for adoption!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePatches – boy\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eScooter – boy\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDotty – girl\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWink – girl\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCricket – girl\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese babies are tiny, scruffy, playful little muppets with sweet personalities and lots of puppy curiosity. They are expected to stay on the smaller side, though we never guarantee breed or adult size.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne special little girl, Wink, came to us with an injury to her eye. We are currently monitoring her closely and she may ultimately require surgical removal of the eye as she grows. The good news? Dogs adapt amazingly well and it does not slow them down one bit.
