Mama Coraline

Meet Coraline Proud mama. Gentle soul. Possible Kelpie beauty. This gorgeous girl was found as a stray and brought to the San Diego Humane Society, where she safely gave birth to her four puppies on June 20, 2025 — two girls and two boys. Coraline is now in the loving care of Mission Bay Puppy Rescue and will be available for adoption once her pups are weaned (in about 4 weeks). We believe Coraline may be a Kelpie mix, a working breed known for their intelligence, agility, and loyalty. Kelpies are natural herders and tend to form deep bonds with their people. They thrive with structure, activity, and love to have a job — even if that job is just being your shadow on hikes, errands, or couch time. Coraline is friendly, calm, and clearly a wonderful mama. She’ll be looking for a home where she can stretch her legs, be part of the family, and continue receiving the love she’s earned a hundred times over.
