Willow Springs
Willow Springs
Found as a stray in the Lancaster area, Willow Springs came to us very sick. During her initial vet visit, X-rays revealed she was also pregnant. After spending a full week in the hospital receiving treatment and care, Willow was transferred to an incredible foster who helped her safely deliver 11 puppies.
Sadly, 3 of her puppies did not survive, but her remaining 8 babies are now 4 weeks old and thriving — growing stronger every day.
Willow is a gentle, calm Malinois with the sweetest soul. She absolutely thrives on attention — whether it’s having her coat brushed, going on short walks, or curling up on the couch for snuggles.
She has done beautifully with kids, cats, and even farm animals in her foster home. Willow is eager to please and is doing well learning her leash manners.
With proper introductions, we believe Willow will do great in a home with other dogs and cats.
Willow has lovingly finished raising her puppies, who are now fully weaned and happily eating on their own. She’s entering her next chapter and is in the final stage of “drying up,” which will continue gently in her adoptive home.
After being such a devoted mama, it’s finally Willow’s turn to be cared for, spoiled, and loved on. Our team will provide easy guidance to keep her comfortable during this transition.
Once she has fully completed this stage, she will be spayed. In the meantime, she is available as a foster-to-adopt, giving her future family the chance to start bonding with her right away — and be part of her well-deserved fresh start.
