Meet the Crumbs!

Four tiny, scruffy little puppies came into the world under less-than-ideal circumstances, but they had one very important thing going for them from the start: their mama, Cookie, was determined to keep them safe.

When SDHS reached out for help, we welcomed Mama Cookie and her four newborn “Crumbs” into foster care—and watching these babies grow has been such a joy.

They are now happy, healthy, playful, curious, and full of sass. Each one already has a personality all their own. There are silly faces, puppy kisses, little wrestling matches, surprise zoomies, and plenty of opinions packed into those tiny bodies. ❤️

They may have started life with uncertainty, but these little Crumbs have known nothing but warmth, safety, full bellies, and love since coming into foster care. And thanks to their wonderful mama, they got the very best start she could possibly give them.

Soon, these four little nuggets will be ready to trade their foster home for families of their very own—and we have a feeling they are going to leave some very big paw prints on some very lucky hearts.
