Mama Aurora — Gentle as the Northern Lights
Meet Aurora, the radiant mama of our Northern Lights Litter. This stunning Husky mix came to us from the San Diego County Animal Shelter after being relinquished with her six puppies. At around 45 pounds, Aurora is the perfect medium size — big enough for adventure, yet small enough to curl up in your lap for snuggles.

Her foster family describes her as incredibly sweet, calm, and affectionate. She walks beautifully on a leash, enjoys peaceful strolls, and has quickly learned the joy of couch cuddles and belly rubs. Aurora is a people pleaser who loves to connect with her humans through quiet companionship and gentle affection.

Like many northern breeds, she has a soft, plush coat that does shed — but that’s part of her charm! Her beautiful fur is designed for adventure, and brushing sessions are a great way to bond with her (and keep that glow!).
Aurora is available now for adoption or long-term foster, and would thrive in a loving home that appreciates her serene spirit and snow-angel heart.
